AFCEA Intelligence and INSA are proud to announce THE Intelligence event of the year! In place of the annual AFCEA Fall Intelligence Symposium and
the INSA IC Summit, AFCEA and INSA are joining forces to present the Intelligence and National Security Summit on September 18 – 19, 2014, at the
Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. This two-day unclassified program with plenary sessions, breakout sessions and a large exhibit hall will attract
intelligence professionals from the public and private sectors, as well as members of the media, academia, and beyond. The focus will be on the nation's
most critical national security challenges and opportunities as we seek to facilitate a constructive dialogue on the effectiveness, transparency and
accountability of our intelligence and national security communities.

On September 4, 2014, AFCEA Intelligence and the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Headquarters, U.S. Army, will co-sponsor a special, one day
classified event tailored for members of industry focused on U. S. Army Intelligence. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of Army Intelligence’s vision and
direction in a changing fiscal and operational environment, plus a sense of what technologies, capabilities, and services are required by Army Intelligence.
TechNet Augusta – "Achieving Force 2025 Through Signals and Cyber"

The overall theme of TechNet Augusta 2014 is “Achieving Force 2025 Through Signals and Cyber”. The overall focus is on Army ground forces, including
Joint component interface, other Department of Defense Organizations, Inter-Agency, Industry, and Academia. Presentations, panels, and track sessions
will highlight empowerment of Soldiers on the battlefield through training, different methodologies for connecting through enhanced technology, and
command and control functions to enable the U.S. Armed Forces to dominate the battlefield. This conference will address the transformation of Fort
Gordon to the Cyber Center of Excellence as well as highlight the continuation of Signal training. Government, industry, and academia speakers will
address a broad range of topics and focus on the importance of the network, security issues, and training to enable operational forces to modernize and
be ready to meet emerging challenges in 2025 and beyond.
