Defense Intelligence Agency
(2nd from r), on June 29 at the
AFCEA Spring Intelligence Symposium. The Allen Award is AFCEA’s highest intelligence honor,
named for an intelligence community icon: Charlie Allen (r).
Allen served as a senior government executive for more than 51
years, with extensive experience
in program management, intelligence analysis and production,
intelligence collection management and systems acquisition.
